This is a new release collectors model in 1:43 scale by Aoshima of Japan in their DISM series, brand new in original packaging, Aoshima item number AD 74176.

The Nissan Gloria first appeared in 1961 as Prince's top of the range vehicle. From 1971 it was absorbed into the Nissan range. This model represents the 330 series which was announced late 1975, similar to the Cedric 330 but with a higher level of equipment. This 2000SGL model from 1975 had the 2 litre OHC inline six cylinder engine.

This model features accurate wheels with proper profile tyres. The body is very nicely proportioned and depicts the original car very accurately with accurate colour scheme and all correct markings and decals. Other features include rear view mirrors plus all the correct badges, vents and grilles. Underbody detail includes suspension and transmission details and exhaust system. The model also has adjustable height suspension.

The interior is also very well done, with steering wheel, detailed dashboard and instrument panel with all controls and other features shown, centre console with gearshift lever, rear view mirror, properly contoured and coloured seats and full detailed door trims with all handles and armrests.

The model comes mounted on a black plastic plinth with clear plastic display box and outer cardboard window box.
Aoshima models are amongst the finest 1:43 scale models of their type available. Detail and finish are absolutely top class and second to none in this price range. This item is brand new in original unmarked packaging.

Aoshima is a Japanese company mainly known for its range of plastic construction kits. However they do also produce a small range of diecast scale models in 1:43 scale. They are made in China and sold almost exclusively to the Japanese market, therefore are difficult to source elsewhere. All items are well researched and produced with meticulous attention to detail a high level of finish and detailing.
