This is a rare collectors model in 1:43 scale by Ebbro of Japan, brand new in original packaging, Ebbro item number 43337.

This model is the Toyota Team Tom's/Zent Supra from the GT500 class in the 2002 Japan GT Championship series. The Supra uses a 4.5 litre 32 valve V8 giving about 480 bhp at 7,600 rpm. Drive is through a 6 speed sequential transmission, double wishbone suspension is used front and rear and the Michelin 330/40 tyres are mounted on 18" Velm wheels.

Team Tom's finished the year in fifth position for the team's prize. The #37 car was driven by Takuya Kurosawa and P.Montin.

This model features Velm cast alloy wheels with Michelin race tyres and full brake detail with both brake discs and AP Racing calipers (the brand name is even printed on the calipers!), and a nicely modelled body finished in an authentic colour scheme that captures the shape and stance of the original car perfectly. Other features include finely moulded window frames, windscreen wipers, external rear view mirrors, rear spoiler, radio aerial and all correct external race logos and badges.

The interior is also very well done, with steering wheel and column switches, detailed dashboard and instrument panel with all controls and other features shown, rear view mirror, centre console with gearshift lever and handbrake, Recaro race seat and Willans race harness, roll cage, fire extinguisher, plus other race related details.

Ebbro models are amongst the finest 1:43 scale models of their type available. Detail and finish are absolutely top class and second to none in this price range.
