This is a very rare collectors model in 1:43 scale by Ebbro of Japan, brand new in original packaging, Ebbro item number 43700.

For 2005 the Japan GT Championship was re-named the Super GT Series, still with two classes, GT500 for turbo cars and GT300 for normal aspiration. The M-Tec Ebbro entry for 2005 was driven by Haruki Kurosawa and Shinya Hosokawa. They finished the 2005 season second in the teams ranking.

The Mugen powered NSX features a normally aspirated 3.5 litre V6 with around 300 bhp driving through a Hewland six speed transaxle. Its Dunlop tyres are mounted on 18" Rays/Mugen wheels and brakes are by Alcon.

This model features Rays cast alloy wheels with Dunlop Direzza race tyres and full brake detail with both brake discs and Alcon calipers (the brand name is even printed on the calipers!), and a nicely modelled body finished in an authentic colour scheme that captures the shape and stance of the original car perfectly. Other features include finely moulded window frames, windscreen wipers, external rear view mirrors, rear spoiler, radio aerial, tow points and all correct external race logos and badges.

The interior is also very well done, with steering wheel and column switches, detailed dashboard and instrument panel with all controls and other features shown, rear view mirror, centre console with gearshift lever and handbrake, race seat and Takata race harness, roll cage, fire extinguisher, plus other race related details.

Ebbro models are amongst the finest 1:43 scale models of their type available. Detail and finish are absolutely top class and second to none in this price range.
