This is a new release collectors model in 1:43 scale by Ebbro of Japan, brand new in original packaging, Ebbro item number 43777.

In 2005 Petersen Motorsports entered their White Lightning Racing Porsche 911 GT3 RSR in the Le Mans 24 Hour. The GT3 is powered by Porsche's quad cam flat six of 3598cc which produces 445 bhp at 8,250 rpm and 405 Nm of torque at 7,200 rpm. Driver in the 2005 Le Mans 24 Hour were Jörg Bergmeister, Patrick Long and Timo Bernhard. They finished the event in 11th outright and second in the LM GT2 class.

This model features accurate cast alloy wheels with correct profile Michelin race tyres plus fully detailed brakes with both brake discs and Brembo calipers (the detailing is so good that the Brembo brand name is even printed on the brake calipers!) fitted to all four wheels. The body is very nicely proportioned and depicts the original car very accurately. Other features include windscreen wiper, radio aerial, rear view mirrors, filler caps, rear spoiler, tow points, exhaust system plus all the correct race markings, vents, spoilers and grilles.

The interior is also very well done, with race steering wheel, Recaro race seat and Sabelt harness, fully detailed dashboard and instrument panel, gearshift lever, fire extinguisher, air vents, full roll cage, lots of plumbing and wiring detail and other race related details. This is an exceptional model of the Porsche GT3 with amazing detail and one of the finest examples produced to date.
