Courage Advan LC70 Mugen
Le Mans 24 Hour 2006 #13
Shinji Nakano/Haruki Kurosawa/Jean-Marc Gounon
Ebbro item 43823

This is a new release collectors model in 1:43 scale by Ebbro of Japan, brand new in original packaging, Ebbro item number 43823.

Courage Competition had a number of their LC70 LMP1 cars in the 2006 Le Mans 24 Hour endurance race. The Mugen M Tec powered #13 car represented here was sponsored by Advan and driven by Shinji Nakano, Haruki Kurosawa and Jean-Marc Gounon. They retired early with gearbox failure.

This model features accurate cast alloy wheels with Yokohama Advan race tyres and amazing brake detail with both carbon fibre brake discs and brake calipers fitted to all four wheels. The body is very nicely proportioned and depicts the original car very accurately. Other features include rear spoiler, rear view mirror, tow points, exhaust system plus all the correct race markings, vents and grilles.

The interior is also very well done, with steering wheel, instrument panel, gearshift, race seats and Sabelt race harness, fire extinguisher and other race related details.

The rear bodywork detaches from the model to reveal a beautifully detailed engine, transmission and exhaust system.

Ebbro models are amongst the finest 1:43 scale models of their type available. Detail and finish are absolutely top class and second to none in this price range. All are limited editions, this item being one of only 3000 pieces originally produced for worldwide distribution. This item is brand new in original unmarked packaging.
