This is a new release collectors model, diecast metal in 1:43 scale by M4 of Italy, brand new in original packaging, M4 item number 7009.

The 500 km race at Monza in 1977 formed part of the World Championship for Makes and Autodelta fielded a two car team of the 12 cylinder turbocharged Alfa 33.3's, chassis numbers 014 (car #2) and 015 (car #3) to be driven by Vittorio Brambilla and Arturo Merzario respectively. Jean-Pierre Jarier was reserve driver for both entries. The Alfas were fast, with both cars blitzing practice and Merzario setting the fastest lap of the race at 1:42.530 or 203.648 kmh. Merzario went out when he had a collision with Giliberti's Osella on lap 61, and Brambilla went on to win the event.

This M4 model features accurate cast alloy wheels with correct profile Good Year race tyres. The body is very nicely proportioned and depicts the original car very accurately with accurate colour scheme and all correct markings and decals. Other features include windscreen, roll cage, race seat and harness, rear view mirror, fine grilles plus all the correct badges and vents.

The interior is also very well done, with steering wheel, detailed dashboard and instrument panel, gearshift lever plus many other race related details.

The model comes mounted on a black plastic plinth with clear plastic display box and outer cardboard window box.
