This is a rare new release collectors model, diecast metal in 1:43 scale by Progetto K of Italy, brand new in original packaging, Progetto K item number 0309.

The Alfa Romeo Romeo 2 van was a common sight around Italy in the fifties, and this version was as used by Castrol to support competitors in the 1953 Mille Miglia.

This model features accurate slotted steel wheels with correct profile tyres. The body is very nicely proportioned and depicts the original van very accurately with accurate colour scheme and all correct markings and decals. Other features include windscreen wipers, grilles plus all the correct badges and vents.

The interior is also very well done, with steering wheel, detailed dashboard and instrument panel, centre console with gearshift lever plus many other details.

The model comes mounted on a black plastic plinth with clear plastic display box and outer cardboard window box.
